Boot trip

You will find several charter boots in the harbour of Kalkan. Daily trips, afternoon trips or candlelight-tours. Pick your choice out of the various impressive bays. Drinks are available. Lunch or dinner are served depending on the arrangement. Sundeck, during the trip the captain will drop the anchor in lovely bays so you can have a refreshing dive/swim in the sky-blue sea.

Yoga

Sivananda yoga is based on deep relaxation. This retreat is an opportunity to learn the perfect system of Sivananda yoga, and to adapt it as a way of living into your life. You will increase your life energy with breathing techniques. Sivananda yoga has several levels:
Pranayama: stimulate & increases your energy by breathing techniques;
Asanas: discover how to extend your limits with yoga postures;
Savasana: learn to relax your body, and even your internal system/organs;
Lacto-vegetarisch diet: benefit from a healthy, organic food diet;
Meditation & positive thinking: gain inner peace from a feeling of oneness.

Teacher: Uma Iyoti was born in Istanbul (1965) and has been practising yoga for 28 years. She learned meditation from phra Thanissaro Bikkhu and is inspired by osho philosophy. Later on she included Kundalini Yoga`s breathing technique focusing on mantras and chakras. She learned Bikram yoga from Ross Howatson in New Zealand and Sivananda yoga from Melanie Hunt. She gained yoga siromani title (yoga instructor) from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram in India. She was initiated as "Uma" by Swami Mahadevananda, which means Siva`s consort, light and tranquility. She sees herself as an instrument of Yoga as an instructor. She is currently instructing Yoga in Istanbul and is enjoying learning as well as teaching during her classes.

Course: Especially for the Hayal participants Uma Jyoti has composed a Sivananda yoga course. The course is during 5 days (monday-friday): 08.30 - 10.00 & 17.30 - 19.00 hrs. In combination with the creative workshop you can participate twice a day (most effective). This course offers you the possibilty to get a taste of Sivananda yoga, after one week you will experience a big difference.
Location: yoga course will be held in the sportcenter in Kalkan, easy to reach for everybody.
Participants: min 6/max 15 persons.
